Equipment list
What's there — categories and rough counts. Motors, pumps, valves, transformers, tanks, forklifts, vehicles. Detail is welcome, not required.
Photos
Walkthrough shots of each room or area. Nameplates on the big items help a lot.
Location & access
Plant address, dock access, ceiling height, forklift access, and any building constraints for rigging.
Timeline
Close date, landlord handover, or auction date. If it's tight, tell us — we can move.
Scope
Everything on-site, only certain categories, or specific rooms. All fine, just tell us what's in scope.
Point of contact
Who handles walkthroughs and pickup coordination — plant manager, facility manager, HR, or corporate real estate.
