How our forms work

This is a static website with no database of its own. When you fill out any form on this site — Request an Offer, Sell Equipment, Sell a Fleet, or Contact Us — and submit it, the details you entered are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards them to us as an email at the address below. You see a confirmation on screen only after that service has accepted your submission, and a representative then follows up with you directly.

Because a third-party service handles delivery, the information you submit passes through Web3Forms on its way to our inbox and is handled according to that service's own practices. If a submission ever fails to go through, the form shows an error along with our direct email address and phone number so you can reach us another way.

What we collect

We only receive the information you choose to put in the email you send us — such as your name, company, email address, phone number, equipment details, and any message you write. We do not use this website to collect information in the background.

To understand how people find us, a form submission may also include standard referral and campaign parameters from your visit: the page you first landed on, the website that referred you (your browser's referrer), and any UTM campaign parameters or advertising click identifiers (for example gclid or fbclid) present in the link you followed. These values come from the web address and normal browser referral data and are kept only for the current session so they carry across pages while you browse. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or device fingerprinting to gather these form-attribution values.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web-analytics service provided by Google, to measure how visitors use the site — for example which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, and general, aggregated usage patterns. To do this, Google Analytics loads a script from Google and sets its own first-party cookies (such as those beginning with _ga) in your browser, and it may collect information like your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and referring website. This information is sent to and processed by Google as our data processor; Google's handling of it is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, and you can learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. We use these measurements only to understand and improve the website. We do not use them to build advertising profiles of you, and we do not combine analytics data with the details you send us through a form.

You can prevent Google Analytics from measuring your visit by installing Google's official opt-out browser add-on, or by using your browser's controls to block or delete cookies. Aside from Google Analytics, this website does not set other tracking cookies. Your browser may remember your light or dark theme preference for the current visit, but this is not shared with us or anyone else. The site also loads web fonts from Google Fonts to display type; your browser contacts that service to fetch the fonts.

How we use your information

We use the details you send only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss buying your equipment, materials, or wire. We do not sell your information.
